John Crampton 1 2Noted events in his life were: • Education, 4 Nov 1783-1789 & 1832, Trinity College, Dublin. 2 John Crampton, who paid a fixed sum annually, entered Trinity College on November 4, 1783, aged 15. His Schoolmaster was Mr. Craig. John Crampton was born in Galway and was the son of Cecil Crampton, a Gentleman. He graduated with a BA (Bachelor of Arts) in spring 1789 and a MA (Master of Arts) in November 1832. • Alt. Birth, Cir 1768, Galway, Co.
